Cancellation Policy
Via trademart understands that clients may wish to terminate or withdraw from a service or membership for various reasons. To accommodate such situations fairly and legally, this Cancellation Policy outlines the provisions for cancellation, associated charges, and applicable conditions.
Eligibility for Cancellation:
Clients may cancel their membership or service engagement within a maximum period of 21 days from the date of signing the agreement. Cancellations made after this window will not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Procedure:
- A cancellation request must be made in writing and sent via registered post or email to the registered office of Via trademart.
- The request must include the following:
- Full name and client ID
- Date of agreement
- Reason for cancellation
- Payment details
- A copy of the signed agreement
Acknowledgment and Confirmation:
Cancellation is deemed effective only upon receipt and acknowledgment of the written request by Via trademart. A cancellation receipt will be issued, confirming the refund eligibility as per the refund scale mentioned in the Refund Policy.
Forfeiture and Termination:
- If the client fails to pay membership fees, service charges, or upgradation dues within 7 days of being notified, the agreement shall stand terminated, and all previously paid amounts shall be forfeited.
- In installment or ECS plans, if a client defaults on two consecutive payments, the agreement stands automatically rescinded without further notice.
Exit Clause & Administrative Charges:
As per the Purchase Agreement, cancellations are subject to administrative deductions to cover marketing, staffing, and processing expenditures. The deduction percentage increases with time, ensuring fairness while preserving company resources.
Irrevocability:
Once the cancellation is approved and refund is processed, the client's service access and membership are permanently revoked. No reactivation is permitted under the same agreement.
This Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of the Purchase and Service Agreements, binding upon all parties from the date of signature.
